If you want start or improve your skills in surf and bodyboard you have several schools for that in Espinho that are quite near from our facilities. You can go and return easily because we are only 5 minutes walking to the beach.

Before going practice you can take a look through a live web cam that exist in our city, please google it, if you have problems we will help you.
