By Metro or train.

If you come by plane from Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro you can catch the metro  that   connect  to  the   train   that  comes   to   Espinho.  You  need  catch  the metro Line E(violet line) from the airport of Porto to Campanhã  metro station,  it's    about   30  minutes  the   journey   between  both  stations. Here  you  must change for  the train line and catch the train to Espinho,  the  line direction is  to Aveiro, it's about 20 minutes the journey until Espinho station. From the  station it's only 7 minutes walking until our facilities.

By car or motorcycle.

If you come by car from Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro you can use A1 and A29 motorways, it's about 30 minutes without traffic jam.

If you come from others places you can use   the  same   motorways  mentioned  above, A41 motorway and EN 109 national highway.
